I'm not sure the Fed will hike at the March meeting because the Yellen Fed has been overly cautious in its rate hikes, signaling them months in advance. I suspect they are shifting market expectations ahead of the March meeting, at which time they will signal a hike is coming in May or June.
If the Fed is serious about hiking in March, then how soon will it take for China to respond?

Consensus amongst chinese politicians is that Chinese people economy has stabilized and stock market is rebounding, so they will ill not fight a fed rate hike
