Having a generally bearish outlook for the market means when I see a headline, my initial take is to fit it into a bearish framework. I'm aware of this and try to not let it distort my thinking. However, this top headline really seems like a very weak attempt at bullishness. Or it resembles something I'd expect a market analyst to write, a prediction of coming data. From the media, however,
